• This promotion applies only to contracts with a minimum stay of 1 month and less than 6 months.
• A 1-month deposit is required.
• For stays of 3 months or longer, 5% off the first month’s rent will be applied.
• This promotion is valid only for reservations completed between September 19, 2025, and October 17, 2025.
• Eligible move-in dates are from November 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
• If you move out before completing the agreed stay period, the deposit will not be refunded.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, benefits, or ongoing promotions.
• Cove reserves the right to change or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
• All other standard Cove reservation terms and conditions apply.
