How do I find suitable properties?
Just click on the “view homes“ button at the top, filter according to your preferences, and we will provide the most relevant places. You can also chat with our sales specialists for available room or studio options.
How quickly can I move in?
The earliest move-in date is displayed on each property listing. Many rooms are open for immediate move-in, and all properties are open for move-in within 2 weeks of the listing status showing as 'available'.

What amenities and appliances are provided in the property?
Most properties feature TV, Chromecast, superfast 1GB Mesh Wifi, washing machine, kitchenware (fridge, cutlery, utensils, cookware), and more. Check listings for details on appliances like microwave, oven, and tumble dryer.
Do all your properties come furnished?
Yes, all properties come furnished with basic necessities, including furniture in communal areas and bedroom essentials like a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, and laundry basket.
Can you remove the furniture if I provide my own?
We can't remove provided furniture, but you're welcome to add small items in your bedroom as long as they don't require fixing to the walls.
Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed in any properties.
Do you allow couples?
Couples can rent master rooms in specific properties, as long as they have a private bathroom. The option is available in properties with sufficient space for an extra person.
Do you allow cooking?
Yes, cooking is allowed. We provide all necessary kitchenware, and we ask that you clean up after cooking.
